Although we call Portland, Maine our home, we’ll travel to wherever you dream up your event, setting up a kitchen that will serve you and your guests fresh, fine-dining-inspired cuisine. Cooking with fresh, seasonal, and handcrafted foods from local farms, fishermen and women, and purveyors in our surrounding New England region is how we design each of our menus. Developing strong relationships with growers and producers in the area guarantees that you, in turn, get the best of the farm and the ocean delivered to your table.
